The 1st Safehouse was the Safehouse that Ayush Grace, Alaila Grace, Chad Wild Clay, Vy Qwaint & Daniel lived in. They later revisited their old apartment to only find out that it was being rebuilt and they did find some remains of their old stuff that they used to own. They lived there for four years from 2015 to 2018 where their apartment got burned down by Project Zorgo and the hackers. filmed roast videos and fruit ninja videos with Chad's childhood best friend Justin. The LA Apartment was the ideal location of Chad's videos where he along with Vy Qwaint, Ayush Grace also known as MrBeast and Alaina Grace his girlfriend.
